I'm a nerd.
I'm totally into how certain things tie into each other. Especially when they are obscure and spread out over time.. It's almost like being part of an inside joke that not everyone gets. Sort of a geeky cerebral thing..

There's the Scrubs/Lazlo Bane/Colin Hay (Men at Work) tie in..

It started with Men at work releasing Overkill in 1983:

which was also covered by Lazlo Bane in 1997:

Lazlo Bane does the theme song for Scrubs (apparently Zach Braff is friends with the band and directed the video), Superman:

and my favorite Scrubs episode is called "My Overkill", which guest stars...Colin Hay singing the song..

and the Shatner/Third Rock/Twilight Zone/Lithgow connection...

William Shatner did an episode of the original Twilight Zone called "Nightmare at 20,000 feet":

Which was remade as a part of the Twilight Zone movie in 1980, starring John Lithgow:

Part 1:

Part 2:

John Lithgow starred on Third Rock from the Sun, and William Shatner Guest Starred as "The Big Giant Head" in a few episodes.

I totally cracked up when I saw the first part of this..
